I recently started my fitness journey 3 months ago at this gym. The reason was due to the cleanliness of the locker room & bathrooms, the variety of machines available, the availability of Crunch locations in the US, well lit parking lot and overall sense of safety. The staff are very friendly and receptive. I met Riley as my trainer and she introduced me to upper body workouts that have now become my absolute favorite. I am very devastated to see this gym close down as I feel as though I’m starting from square one. I had grown accustomed to my routine, and now the search for a new gym begins once more. I’m very grateful for the staff and support I received from here. 💔😭
One of the best gyms I’ve ever been too. Jae was amazing and super informative. Gym was really clean, bathrooms smelled so good unlike other gyms that smell like sweat. Hydro massage was great too. Definitely 10/10 recommend.
Very clean gym with updated and modern equipment. Locker rooms were clean and nice and the gym is very spacious. I was traveling for work and got an awesome workout in here.
Great gym! They upgraded everything, all new plates, all new dumbbells, and a new hit zone!! Super clean, super friendly, manager Nate is the best!!! Been coming here for over a year and they make me feel like a part of their family! Trainers are extremely knowledgeable and well versed in all areas.
Worst gym and membership services known to man... like all gyms the hidden fees are absurd. before you sign off on that contract think three times. Just buy your own dumbells and gym equipment with the money you will spend here instead. Or better yet get a PLANET FITNESS ONE.
Loved working out at crunch! Great machines, enjoyed the hydro massage chair and the movie theater cardio room was my favorite. The front staff was extremely helpful and i always had a warm welcome by keisha. Highly suggest if your looking around
Crunch is a great gym, and Riley is the best teacher! Her classes are both super fun and a great workout. You can tell she’s both knowledgeable and passionate about helping people on their fitness journeys, I couldn’t recommend both her and Crunch enough!
I am so thankful for this gym! Especially my personal trainer Ray! He is funny, friendly and motivational! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. The bathrooms are always clean. It is spacious and well ventilated. I joined in September and have no regrets! My only ask: lower the music in the bathrooms! Can’t hear myself think 💭! …
This Gym hands down is one of the cleanest, gym that you can find in Waterbury. It’s very spacious, and you will never have to worry about social distance because they make sure that you’re being safe. It has a lot of amenities, the staffs are very friendly. If you’re looking for a great workout, and great music, this gym is the place to be. 💪🏾💪🏾🔥🔥
I love this gym, my trainer Riley has really helped me in my journey!! She knows how to hold you accountable, and get you into shape. Riley’s the BEST trainer I’ve ever worked with!!
